Pokemon Legends: Z-A Update: Get Ready for Mega Greninja and More!

Hey trainers! Exciting news just dropped for Pokemon Legends: Z-A! The new version 1.0.3 patch is live, perfect for taking your game to the next level. Here’s the scoop on what’s new, some cool tips, tricks, and what to look out for in the latest updates.

What’s New?

After some hiccups in Season 2, players can finally snag their Battle rewards. If you didn’t get your Greninjite or Delphoxite, the new patch is here to fix that! Make sure to update, especially if you hit Rank Y or S in ranked battles!

How to Get the Mega Stones:

  1. Download the Update: Fire up your Nintendo Switch or Switch 2. If the game is already open, just hit the home button and navigate to Pokemon Legends: Z-A to initiate the download. You’ll need to restart your game for it to kick in.

  2. In-Game Steps:

    • Launch Pokemon Legends: Z-A after the update.
    • Press X to open the menu, then go to Link Play.
    • Click on Ranked Battles. A pop-up will show the Mega Stones you can now grab!

New Mega Stones in Season 3 Rewards:

  • Chesnaughtite – Obtainable at Rank S
  • Delphoxite – Obtainable at Rank V
  • Greninjite – Obtainable at Rank Y

Don’t miss out on these goodies!

Handy Tricks for Pokemon Battles:

  • Shiny Hunting Tip: One glitch still works! You can shiny hunt Alpha Pokemon in Wild Zone 20, so keep at it while it lasts.

  • Team Composition: Pikachu is a game changer and can take out most non-Ground types in one hit. Pair it with Ice types for Zygarde and Steel types to counter Fairy Pokemon. This can really help you dominate in ranked matches.

Upcoming Content:

Mark your calendars! The Mega Dimension DLC drops on December 10, and the final trailer comes out on December 2. Rumor has it we might see some new Mega Evolutions like Absol Y and Lucario Y!

Final Notes:

If you reached Rank K or higher in Season 2, don’t forget to claim your Dream Balls once you click on Ranked Battles after the season ends.

So gear up, trainers! Dive into the ranks and make your mark this season! Happy battling!
