Epic Games just dropped some major news for Fortnite fans! At a recent event in Los Angeles, they teased an epic crossover with the legendary movie Back to the Future. Imagine cruising around the map in the DeLorean time machine! Not only that, but the game is currently having a wild crossover with The Simpsons, featuring iconic characters like Homer, Bart, Marge, and Lisa.
This Simpsons season is unlike any other. Just like the Star Wars season we saw back in May, players have access to a battle pass filled with cool crossover cosmetics and special weapons inspired by the show. But this season has even more to offer—a whole new cel-shaded map featuring famous Springfield locations! Fans are buzzing, hoping Epic Games will extend this crossover as they gear up for Chapter 7’s launch on November 30.
Get Ready for the DeLorean!
On Fortnite‘s official Instagram, they shared sneak peeks of the DeLorean, but no details yet on when this crossover will officially drop. While some Hollywood stars like Quentin Tarantino and Uma Thurman were there to promote their Kill Bill partnership, everyone’s eyes are on that time-traveling vehicle!
The beloved group, The Seven, is also making a return in Chapter 7. Since The Visitor landed in Chapter 1, each member has slowly entered the game, and characters like Brie Larson and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson have even brought them to life. Fans are itching to see what these heroes will do next!
