Assassin’s Creed Mirage: Valley of Memory DLC Revealed

Ubisoft just dropped some exciting news for fans of the Assassin’s Creed series! They announced a new DLC expansion titled “Valley of Memory” for Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which is set to be fully revealed tomorrow. This comes after the release of Assassin’s Creed Shadows, taking players to Feudal Japan, featuring female ninja Fujibayashi Naoe and African samurai Yasuke.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage originally launched in late 2023 and is set in ninth-century Baghdad. Players take on the role of Basim Ibn Ishaq, a young thief who becomes part of the Hidden Ones and trains to become a skilled assassin. The game received glowing reviews and even introduced two free updates post-launch, including a New Game Plus mode and a permadeath feature.

The teaser trailer for the “Valley of Memory” DLC shows Basim alongside Dervis navigating ancient ruins in an open desert environment, although specific details about the DLC are still unknown. What’s super exciting? This DLC is going to be free! Ubisoft has confirmed that they have maintained full creative control over the expansion, even with external funding from Savvy Games Group.
