In Disney Dreamlight Valley, “On Her Majesty’s Festive Service” is a whimsical quest. Players must gather special items to fulfill the Queen’s requests. Complete tasks and interact with villagers to progress. Stay focused on the festive theme to unlock rewards. Enjoy the holiday spirit as you embark on this charming adventure!

Cogsworth’s second friendship quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley, On Her Majesty’s Festive Service, kicks off when you hit friendship level four. Keep hanging out with him and completing tasks to level up quickly!
Unlocking the Quest
To unlock this quest, make sure your friendship levels with Elsa and Anna are up. You’ve probably already unlocked the Frosted Heights, so you should be good to go. Once the quest is live, here’s how you can tackle it.
Completing the Quest
Start by chatting with Cogsworth. He feels a bit lost since the Beast doesn’t need serving. You suggest taking care of the villagers, and he’s like, “I don’t do royalty!” So, you bring him to Anna, the Queen of Arendelle.
When you meet Anna, she informs you that Kristoff has everything covered. But then Olaf mentions a winter festival, and Cogsworth decides he can help out with that!
Tasks at Hand
Your first mission is to craft some icy furniture and place four banners around the valley. Here’s where you need to put them:
- Near Scrooge McDuck’s Store
- The Glade of Trust
- Dazzle Beach
- Sunlit Plateau
Making the Icy Furniture
To make that icy furniture, you’ll need:
- 125 x Snowballs
- 10 x Dry Wood
- 10 x Crystals
Take these materials to the crafting bench to create an Icy Armchair and a Snow Hut. Once you’ve placed them in Frosted Heights, chat with Cogsworth again. He’ll start getting hyped for the carnival but worries about Olaf and the Hot Cocoa situation. Time to check on Olaf!
Kitchen Chaos
As you enter Chez Remy, you’ll find the kitchen in complete chaos! Instead of stressing out, Cogsworth suggests you handle serving customers while he sorts things out. Get ready to cook meals based on the villagers’ requests. They can be random, but here’s a quick list of what I managed to serve: sesame seed bagels, green salad, and veggie pasta.
Wrapping It Up
Once you’ve served the meals, Cogsworth will have the kitchen sorted out. He’ll hand you a Winter Carnival Cocoa Counter to set up in the Frosted Heights before the big event. It’s optional to dress warmly, but your call!
After placing the counter, the carnival gets rolling! When it wraps up, talk to Anna and Cogsworth. Anna will say the carnival was a hit and that she’s done giving Cogsworth orders. After your final chat with Cogsworth, he decides to chill and take a break from serving everyone, wrapping up the quest!
